Summary of the Dissemination Training
The main objective of this training is to help youth workers from youth organisations to reach greater impact of their activities on their target groups and to improve visibility of their activities and projects.
Participants will also create their own dissemination plan for their activity or project that can be afterwards implemented directly to the practise of their organisation.

What is the difference between dissemination and visibility.
How to share the results of our activities and how to communicate main ideas.
How to use various tools for raising greater impact of their activities.
Interactive Training Sessions – Engaging workshops on volunteer management, leadership, and partnership building.

Originally comes from the Czech Republic but has been living in Slovakia since 2017. She works in organisation VIAC – Institute for youth support and development as a project manager. She works with young people since 2007. She is also game designer and game player.

preparing adequately for the partnership building according to the instructions;
taking actively part in the full duration of the activities;
to participate in the evaluation process after the partnership building;
to participate in sharing the results and outcomes of the partnership building after it is over.
The Dissermination training will take place in an place called Oravský Podzámok. It is a part of Orava – rural region with a majority of people living in small villages.
The accommodation will be in shared rooms of between 2 people. The sheets and towels will be provided. The course is residential, so we will stay together in the venue for the whole time.
You need to arrive on 4th (Sunday) of May, but depart on 10th (Saturday) of May.
We recommend this option:
Take a flight to Bratislava;
From Bratislava train station take a Train to Kraľovany;
From Kraľovany take a train to Oravský Podzámok.
Take a flight to Krakow;
From Krakow take a bus to Dolný Kubín;
From Dolný Kubín take a train or bus to Oravský Podzámok.
To receive reimbursement of travel expenses (plane/bus/train) we need you to deliver us following documents:
Invoice of your flight tickets, originals of bus or train tickets (invoice received from the airline/bus company if you buy the tickets online or from the travelling agency if you buy the tickets via an agency);
Boarding pass (from both ways).
*Please note that that travel costs will be reimbursed only for those who:
stay for the whole period of the partnership building (travel days are 04.05. (arriving) and 10.05.2025. (departure));
who fills the final report after the partnership building is over;
actively participate in sharing the results and outcomes of the partnership building after it is over.

Beakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks are all included. Also individual eating habits of participants will be taken into account, but don't be afraid to try Slovak traditionals!
It is the participant's responsibility to obtain full insurance for themselves. This includes travel insurance, medical insurance or European Health Insurance Card.
